The book was formally released at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai, this November by Ajay Piramal (Chairman, Piramal Enterprises Ltd) to an august audience comprising CEOs and business leaders such as Nikhil Meswani, Neel Raheja, Sunil Alagh, Niranjan Hiranandani, Sameer Nair, Vikas Oberoi and Gunit Chadha among others. The handbook comes as a handy manual to company head honchos, given the many strategic and operational answers it offers to manage human capital, which admittedly has been adding to organisational woes in the backdrop of today’s ever-expanding markets. Also, at a time when human resources is seen as a leading factor in giving organisations the competitive edge, the book is likely to find resonance with the top management.
